Sheesh Mahal Desert Camp – Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for bookings at Sheesh Mahal Desert Camp is as follows:

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date:
   • Full refund of the advance amount, less applicable processing fees (if any).
2. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the check-in date:
   • 50% refund of the advance amount.
3. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the check-in date:
   • 25% refund of the advance amount.
4. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date:
   • No refund.
5. No-Show Policy:
   • In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date), the full amount will be forfeited.
6. Refund Process:
   • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation.
7. Change in Dates/Booking Modifications:
   • Subject to availability and the discretion of the management. Any changes may be subject to additional charges and rate differences for new dates.

Special Terms for Festival and Peak Season Bookings:

• For bookings during Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or peak seasons (31st December), no refunds will be given for cancellations, regardless of the time frame.

Force Majeure:

In the case of natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the guest from travelling, the management may offer rescheduling options or partial refunds, depending on the situation and at the discretion of Sheesh Mahal Desert Camp.
